Payments and Refund Policy
Payment Process
Payments for credits are processed via Paddle.com, an external payment provider.
Once the payment is confirmed, credits will be added to your account within minutes.
Credits are available in different packages, with pricing based on the selected bundle. The standard conversion rate for the smallest package is:
10,000 credits = 10 USD (1,000 credits = 1 USD).
Larger packages offer volume discounts, for example:
- 60,000 credits for 50 USD
- Other bundles available on the prcing page

Credit Usage
- Credits are consumed based on the length of prompts and AI responses (in tokens). Costs are calculated post-operation.
- Credits are non-refundable, regardless of the quality, accuracy, or usefulness of the generated response.

Refund Policy
- Credits are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed technical errors that prevent the use of the service.
- To request a refund due to technical issues, users must submit a complaint to customer service.
Complaints
Users may submit complaints regarding the use of the Module at their discretion by sending an email to: support@nextgenmodules.com.
If a User requests a refund for part or the entire cost of Credits, the complaint must be submitted in writing to:

In such cases, the User must include at least the following information:
- First name and last name,
- The address associated with the Module,
- A detailed description of the issue prompting the complaint.
All complaints will be reviewed within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt. The User will be informed of EasySolution’s decision via email to the correspondence address provided in the registration form or via traditional mail, if that method was chosen.
Risk Acceptance
By using the Module, users accept the risks associated with the use of AI, including receiving responses that may be inappropriate or inconsistent with expectations.
