The NextGen AI Assistant module allows you to generate detailed reports on content processing tasks performed by AI. Reports help analyze generated data, monitor task statuses, and diagnose potential issues.
List of Reports
The Reports section contains a list of all previously generated reports. Each report includes the following details:
- Report Name – The unique name assigned during report generation.
- Date Range – The time period covered by the report.
- Prompt Types – The types of data included in the report (e.g., product names, descriptions, metadata).
- Status – Indicates whether the report is completed or still processing.
- Download Option – Allows downloading the report in CSV format for further analysis.
Creating a New Report
To generate a new report, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Reports section in the NextGen AI Assistant module.
- Click “Generate New Report.”
- Fill in the report details:
- Report Name – Enter a name for easier identification.
- Date Range – Specify the time period for the data to be included.
- Prompt Types – Select the types of data to include in the report (e.g., descriptions, meta tags, translations).
- Entity Statuses – Choose the statuses of tasks to be included in the report (e.g., “Queued,” “Processing,” “Completed,” “Failed”).
- Click “Generate Report” to start the process.
Downloading Reports
Once the report is generated, it can be downloaded in CSV format. This allows further data analysis using spreadsheet software or other data processing tools.
Regularly generating reports helps monitor the AI module’s performance and quickly identify potential issues.
