Assistants Explained

In the NextGenAiAssistant – Bulk Content Generator module, Assistants play a key role in managing AI-generated content. The module always uses an Assistant to process product data, but you can choose between:

  1. A Dedicated Assistant for Each Product (Optional) – Enabled in Configuration
  2. A General Assistant for All Products (Default)

This flexibility allows you to decide whether each product should have its own dedicated AI memory or if a single Assistant should handle all products dynamically.

How Assistants Work

Regardless of configuration, the module sends product data to an Assistant to ensure accurate content generation. The difference lies in how the Assistant manages this data:

🔹 With Dedicated Assistants (Enabled in Settings)

  • Each product gets its own AI Assistant, storing its specific data.
  • The Assistant remembers past interactions for improved consistency.
  • You can attach custom files (manuals, specs) for enhanced accuracy.
  • Useful for complex products requiring detailed, unique descriptions.

🔹 With a General Assistant (Default – No Dedicated Assistants)

  • A single AI Assistant handles all products.
  • Product data is sent on demand without long-term memory.
  • Each content request is processed independently, without stored history.
  • Ideal for fast processing and simpler workflows.

How to Configure Assistants

You can enable or disable Dedicated Assistants in the module settings:

  • Enabled: Each product has its own dedicated Assistant.
  • Disabled (Default): A single general Assistant processes all products.

This ensures that the module can adapt to different business needs, balancing efficiency and precision in AI-generated content.
